Israeli forces detain 13 Palestinians across West Bank

RAMALLAH, October 26, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained at least 13 Palestinians on Sunday during raids in several cities and villages across the West Bank, including Ramallah, al-Bireh, Hebron, and Tulkarm, according to local and Palestinian security sources.

In Ramallah, seven Palestinians were detained. The detainees included three from Jalazon refugee camp, in addition to a father, Riyadh Sharif Atta, 60, and his son Mustafa, 25, from the town of Deir Abu Mash’al, and a 22-year-old from al-Bireh.

In the nearby village of Kobar, freed Palestinian prisoner Zain Issam al-Barghouti from, who was recently released as part of the ceasefire and exchange agreement, was also detained.

In Hebron, south of the West Bank, five Palestinians were detained following Israeli military raids on several neighborhoods, during which soldiers raided several homes and tampered with personal belongings.

In Tulkarm, a former Palestinian prisoner, Shazae Salman, was detained after occupation forces raided his home in the southern district of the city.
