Nine Palestinians detained by Israeli forces in Tubas province

TUBAS, February 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained nine Palestinian young men today from the Tubas Governorate, north of the occupied West Bank, including eight from Al-Far'a refugee camp and one from the village of Bardala.

Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society in Tubas, reported that eight of the detainees were taken by Israeli forces during their ongoing raid in al-Far’a refugee camp.

Additionally, a young man from the village of Bardala, was detained as he passed through an Israeli military checkpoint near Jericho.

These detentions are not isolated incidents but part of a systemic and unlawful policy of imprisonment that affects thousands of Palestinians, many of whom are detained without charge or trial in what is known as administrative detention.
