RAMALLAH, Saturday, April 13, 2024 (WAFA) – Three young Palestinians were killed in separate incidents in the occupied West Bank since dawn yesterday, according to the Ministry of Health.
This brings the total number of Palestinians who were killed from Israeli and colonists gunfire in the occupied West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli war on Gaza to over 463.
The Ministry of Health reported that the two young men, Muhammad Issam Shahmawi, 22, and Muhammad Daraghmeh, 26, were killed by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets in Tubas.
Additionally, the 25-year-old Jihad Abu Alia, who was killed Friday afternoon by colonist gunfire in the village of Al-Mughayir, northeast of Ramallah.
The Ministry of Health indicated that hospitals in the West Bank treated more than 55 injuries, most of them by live bullets from the occupation forces and colonists, including about 10 seriously injured, in addition to dozens of injuries treated by ambulance crews at the scene.
Since yesterday, the colonists have continued their large-scale attacks, protected by the Israeli occupation forces, on several Palestinian villages and towns, especially in the south of Nablus and northeast of Ramallah, coinciding with the escalation of the occupation forces’ incursions into cities, villages and camps in the various northern governorates.
In turn, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its crews dealt, with 10 injury cases in Nablus Governorate as a result of an attack by colonists in the villages and towns of Duma, Burin, Qaryut, Qasra, and Beit Furik.
Meanwhile, PRCS added that its crews dealt with 11 casualties in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, as a result of the colonists’ attack, under the protection of the occupation forces, for the second day in a row on several villages and towns, including, Al-Mughayyir, Beitin, Deir Jarir, Al-Mazraa Al-Gharbiyah, Silwad, Ain Sinya, Abu Falah, Atara and Burqa. .
