Israeli warplanes launch intense strikes on Nusseirat for third consecutive day

GAZA, Saturday, April 13, 2024 (WAFA) - Israeli warplanes continued to carry out intense airstrikes on Nusseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip for the third day today, resulting in numerous injuries among Palestinian civilians.

Local sources reported that several civilians were injured with various degrees as a result of the Israeli bombardment targeting the northern outskirts of the camp.

Simultaneously, the Israeli occupation army renewed its artillery shelling on an UNRWA school housing displaced persons in the camp, resulting in damages but not casualties.

In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7th last year has resulted in 33,634 documented Palestinian fatalities, in addition to 76,214 injuries and thousands missing.
