RAMALLAH, Wednesday, March 6, 2024 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas today met at the Presidential residence in the Turkish capital, Ankara, with the President of the Federation of Turkish Chambers and Exchanges, Rifat Hisarcıoğlu, and his accompanying delegation.

The President discussed ways of joint cooperation, strengthening bilateral relations between the two sides, and ways to advance the Palestinian economy, especially in light of the difficulties that stand in its way as a result of the Israeli measures against Palestinian people.

President ِAbbas also highlighted the massive destruction due to the ongoing brutal Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip which enters 152 days and Israel’s withholding policy of clearance funds and its repercussions on the Palestinian economy.
