Israeli aggression on Jenin continues, 70 people detained

JENIN, Tuesday, December 12, 2023 (WAFA) – The Israeli military’s assault on the northern West Bank city of Jenin which started at dawn today, continues through the afternoon with the detention of around 70 people from Jenin refugee camp, according to local sources.

The army killed this morning four Palestinians in the city in a missile strike by a drone and injured many others, one of them critically.

Military vehicles were deployed since the morning hours around the city’s hospitals, preventing ambulances and cars from reaching them resulting in the death of an ill child whose father was forced to carry him and walk to the hospital after the ambulances were not able to reach him and cars were not able to reach the hospital.

The Ministry of Health said 13-year-old Ahmad Mohammad Sammar had died after the occupation forces delayed his arrival at the hospital.
