NABLUS, Thursday, November 9, 2023 (WAFA) – At least 11 Palestinians were wounded tonight by live ammunition fired by Israeli occupation forces in the towns of Beit Furik and Aqraba, to the south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local and medical sources.
In the town of Beit Furik, nine Palestinians sustained injuries from live bullets, while one individual was hit by a rubber-coated round in the head during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces which erupted following an Israeli raid into the town.
In the nearby town of Aqraba, at least one Palestinian was wounded by live ammunition during confrontations where the Israeli occupation soldiers fired both live and rubber-coated bullets.
The situation remains dire in the occupied West Bank amid an unprecedented Israeli escalation, coinciding with the brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip.
