WEST BANK, Tuesday, October 31, 2023 (WAFA) - A Palestinian youth was injured by live bullets, while dozens suffered from suffocation at dawn on Tuesday, during violent confrontations that broke out between Palestinians and the occupation forces that stormed the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin.
Security sources and Qabatiya Municipality Ambulance told WAFA that a Palestinian youth from the town was injured by a bullet in the hand, and another suffered a fracture in his leg during a fall after being chased by the occupation forces.
Dozens also suffered from suffocation due to inhaling tear gas during the violent confrontations between the youth and those forces that fired live bullets and gas bombs.
Meanwhile, a youth was injured by live bullets and 17 others were detained during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of the Dheisheh camp, south of Bethlehem.
Security sources told WAFA correspondent that a large force of the occupation army stormed the camp amidst gunfire, which resulted in injuring a 20-year-old youth with live ammunition in the foot.
