JERUSALEM, Sunday, October 22, 2023 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces today attacked a protest in support of Gaza on Salah al-Din Street in Jerusalem.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces deployed on Salah al-Din Street, coinciding with a rally in support of Gaza, and assaulted its participants, detaining two young men after beating them.

The sources added that forces detained three young men whose identities are not yet known, following the outbreak of confrontations earlier today in the town of Al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem.

The occupation soldiers fired toxic tear gas and stun grenades during the confrontations, according to the sources.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces arrested a young man as he attempted to cross the Hizma checkpoint, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
