GAZA, Tuesday, October 17, 2023 (WAFA) – At least 80 people were killed today and dozens were injured when an Israeli warplane targeted buildings in the central and southern Gaza Strip, reported WAFA correspondent.
He said an occupation aircraft bombed a house belonging to the al-Lamdani family in Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of more than 40 people, most of whom were displaced from the northern Gaza Strip.
Earlier, a number of people were killed and others injured when a house for the al-Mukayed family in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip was bombed.
Two people were also pulled out dead from under the rubble of a three-story building owned by the Abu Salmieh family bombed and destroyed by an Israeli warplane in Tel al-Sultan, west of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip.
A number of people were also killed and others injured in an attack on homes in al-Bureij in the central Gaza Strip.
More bodies are believed to be still buried under the rubble of buildings bombed throughout the Gaza Strip.
Dozens of people were also killed in Khan Younis and Rafah this morning as a result of the airstrikes at homes.
The Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip continues for the 11th day with bombardment from warplanes, gunboats, and artillery, targeting homes, towers, and residential buildings, leaving thousands of dead and wounded, mainly civilians, in addition to the destruction of property and infrastructure.
