TULKARM, Saturday, October 14, 2023 (WAFA) – A 16-year-old Palestinian teenager, Mohammad Rafat Adwan, was pronounced dead this evening as a result of the severe injuries he had sustained during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in his hometown of Far'un, in the Tulkarm province, last week.

Adwan was injured last Tuesday by a live shot in the back during confrontations that erupted near the Israeli segregation barrier, which is adjacent to his home village. After undergoing multiple surgeries at the Thabet Thabet Public Hospital in Tulkarm, he was later transferred to the Al-Istishari Hospital in Ramallah, where he was announced dead this evening.

With the death of Adwan, the toll of Palestinians killed by Israeli gunfire during the past three days in Tulkarm province in the West Bank has risen to seven.
