JERICHO, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth sustained injuries after being shot this afternoon by Israeli forces' fire near al-Ma'rajat road, northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Jericho, according to a local official.
The director of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) in Jericho, Eid Brahma, told WAFA that Israeli forces detained a 22-year-old youth after opening fire on him,
The youth, who was identified as Mazen Samrat, from Jericho's village of ad-Duke, was shot and injured before being detained by the military forces.
His health condition remains unknown until the moment.
