RAMALLAH, Wednesday, February 22, 2023 (WAFA) - Real peace-making comes through recognition of the rights of the Palestinian people before anything else, today said presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh.

Responding to remarks by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in which he said that he seeks to achieve peace with Arab countries first in order to stop what he called the Iranian aggression, Abu Rudeineh said that ignoring the rights of the Palestinian people and reaching individual agreements here or there will not bring security and stability to anyone.

He said that Netanyahu's statements show the true intentions of his government, which are to evade the entitlements of peace based on international legitimacy.

He stressed that the current events have proven that resolving the Palestinian issue in accordance with international legitimacy and international law, and giving the Palestinian people their right to freedom and independence, is the real key to ending the region's crises.
