RAMALLAH, Wednesday, February 10, 2021 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas condemned today evening the attack that targeted Abha International Airport in Saudi Arabia and caused a civilian airplane to catch fire.

President Abbas slammed the attack as an act of terrorism and sabotage that increases tensions in the region, stressing that such attacks do not target Saudi Arabia only, but are aimed at destabilizing the entire region.

He stressed that the people and leadership of Palestine stand with Saudi Arabia, expressing confidence that Saudi Arabia is capable of vigorously and efficiently overcoming all crises.
