RAMALLAH, Tuesday, December 15, 2020 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas congratulated Emir of Kuwait Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the formation of the 37th cabinet in the history of Kuwait.
President Abbas wished the Emir health and success, and the government and people of Kuwait further progress and prosperity.
