RAMALLAH, Tuesday, December 15, 2020 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas congratulated Emir of Kuwait Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the formation of the 37th cabinet in the history of Kuwait.
