RAMALLAH, December 31, 2017 (WAFA) - The Palestinian Authority Sunday recalled Head of the Palestine Liberation Organization General delegation to the United States of America Hussam Zomlot to review the United Nations‘ General Assembly decision to reject US President Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.  

Minister of foreign affairs and expatriates Riyad al-Malki said President Mahmoud Abbas issued directives to recall Zomlot to discuss future steps. 

Zomlot is expected to return to Washington DC to resume duties after the holidays.
