Settlers attack vehicles at checkpoint south of Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, Saturday, December 15, 2018 (WAFA) – Extremist Jewish settlers on Saturday evening attacked Palestinian vehicles passing at a main road outside the illegal settlement of Efrat, near Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security sources.

Dozens of settlers pelted stones at vehicles with Palestinian registration plates passing at the street, causing damage to some of them.

The assault was the latest in a spate of terror attacks by Jewish settlers across the occupied West Bank following the fatal shooting of three Israeli soldiers near Ramallah earlier on Thursday.

Most of the attacks occurred at the full sight of Israeli military and security forces, according to witnesses and victims.
