HEBRON, August 20, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces and settlers removed on Monday a tent in Masafer Yatta, south of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and assaulted a Palestinian man, according to Rateb Jabour, coordinator of the National and Popular Committee in southern Hebron.

He told WAFA that Israeli soldiers along with settlers raided an area in Masafer Yatta where Yousef Abu Arram had set up a tent to shelter his family as he was building a room from wood to shelter them, took down the tent and seized his construction material and the wood.

He said the settlers attempted to seize the room as well as the soldiers assaulted Basel Abu Arram, who tried to stop them, causing him cuts and bruises on his body.
