Jewish settlers chop hundreds of grapevines in Bethlehem area

BETHLEHEM, July 5, 2018 (WAFA) – Jewish settlers chopped on Thursday hundreds of grapevines in the town of al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, according to local activist Ahmad Salah.

He told WAFA that settlers cut down 350 vines planted more than five years ago in a land owned by Islam Ali Jaber and located near the illegal Jewish settlement of Daniel.

He said the settlers have been targeting the area where the Palestinian farm is located in an attempt to seize it and expand their area settlements.
