JERICHO, October 21, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Wednesday demolished two homes and four date storage facilities in the village of Marj Ghazal, north of Jericho, according to an affected wholesaler.

Fahd Faisal Akhmeis told WAFA that the occupation forces escorted two bulldozers to the village, where the heavy machinery tore down two homes, one belonging to him and the other to his uncle, as well as four metal-sheet-roofed date storage facilities.

Akhmeis noted that the demolitions took place in an area classified as Area B, despite prior approval from the Israeli occupation authorities to build on the site.
