Occupation forces demolish two vehicle-scrapping sheds, prevent a citizen from reaching sheep pen south of Jenin

JENIN, October 19, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished two sheds used for vehicle scrapping in the town of Jaba’, south of Jenin, on Monday. Meanwhile, they continue to prevent a local resident from accessing a shed used for raising sheep—which houses approximately 30 head of livestock—a restriction that has been in place since yesterday.

Muhammad al-Baddad, the mayor of Jaba’, told WAFA that the occupation forces demolished the two sheds near the Sanur military camp—a site evacuated by the Israeli army in 2005—which is located on the town’s land.

He added that the area is currently undergoing land-clearing operations in preparation for the establishment of a new colonial outpost, carried out without any prior warning. He further noted that the occupation forces continue to block a citizen from reaching his sheep pen, thereby preventing him from tending to his 30 head of livestock.
