HEBRON, October 18, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli colonists on Sunday prevented Palestinian farmers from harvesting olives in the town of Idhna, west of Hebron, and attempted to assault them and steal their crops.
Local sources said a group of colonists pursued farmers near the town, preventing them from continuing the olive harvest and attempting to assault them and steal the produce.
The western area of the town has been subjected to daily harassment by Israeli colonists, including the burning of trees and crops, in an effort to seize more land in the area and annex it to the nearby Adorim settlement.
Meanwhile, Israeli colonists stole olive crops from lands belonging to the village of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah, on Sunday.
Local sources reported that a group of colonists raided agricultural land in the Wadi al-Zaytoun area and stole olives from the trees.
