TULKARM, October 15, 2026 (WAFA) — A Palestinian youth was injured by live-fire shrapnel to the head on Thursday evening during an Israeli occupation forces raid on the city of Tulkarm.
WAFA correspondent reported that a large Israeli military force stormed the area around Jamal Abdel Nasser Square in central Tulkarm, briefly detaining several young men, questioning them and taking them away with their hands tied.
Israeli forces also deployed heavily across the city's eastern and western neighborhoods, pursuing Palestinians while firing stun grenades and tear gas. A surveillance drone was also seen flying over the city.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its crews in Tulkarm treated the injured youth, whose condition was stable.
