JERUSALEM, October 11, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Sunday handed the al-Razem family in the village of Qalandia, north of occupied Jerusalem, an order to evacuate a residential building of their own, citing a court ruling.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that the order comes amid escalating measures targeting Palestinian homes and land in the area.
The governorate noted that the move coincides with a plan to establish a large-scale Israeli waste treatment and energy recovery facility in the vicinity.
