RAMALLAH, October 8, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli forces demolished a Palestinian house on Thursday in the village of al-Duyuk al-Tahta, west of Jericho.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli machinery demolished a two-story house in the village’s al-Staih area, owned by Palestinian resident Mohammad Abu Diab.
They said the demolition came two days after Israeli colonists established a settlement outpost in the same area.
The al-Staih area has previously witnessed demolitions, forced displacement, and attacks by Israeli colonists, including the displacement of 15 families in February 2026.
