JORDAN VAELLY, September 16, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli colonists continued rehabilitation work at al-Himma spring in the northern Jordan Valley on Wednesday, in preparation for taking control of the site and preventing Palestinians from benefiting from it.
Human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh reported that colonists brought a concrete mixer and poured concrete at al-Himma spring as part of rehabilitation works they are carrying out at the site ahead of taking control of and seizing it.
The spring area has periodically been subjected to excavation and rehabilitation works carried out by colonists as part of ongoing efforts to take control of the site and deprive Palestinian residents of access to it.
