JENIN, October 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces issued notices today, Monday, to demolish several signs and memorials bearing the images of martyrs in the city of Jenin and the town of Ya'bad, located southwest of the governorate.

Security sources reported that occupation forces issued a notice to remove a sign in Jenin city displaying the images of three martyrs.

The notices also included an order to remove a memorial, consisting of a sign bearing the image of slain youth Mahmoud Khaled Ar'arawi, in Jenin, as well as a notice to remove a sign displaying the image of slain Palestinian Tamer Azmi Nashrati, which had been erected in the city.

The sources indicated that occupation forces also issued notices to demolish a memorial, a sign bearing the images of martyrs Nidal Amin Zidan Hazem and Yousef Salah Baraka, in Jenin.

Additionally, in the town of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin, they issued a notice to demolish a memorial dedicated to the slain youth and prisoner Yasser Diab Hamdouni.
