RAMALLAH, October 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Dozens of residents suffered from tear gas inhalation this Sunday evening during a raid by Israeli occupation forces on the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.
Amin Abu Alia, head of the Al-Mughayyir village council, told WAFA that occupation forces fired tear gas canisters at residents' homes in the village, causing dozens of people to suffer from inhalation.
He noted that occupation forces are continuing to bulldoze residents' land and uproot trees in the village's Eastern Plain area, while also constructing roads to facilitate the movement of settlers in the region.
He added that occupation forces had raided the village after midnight last night, storming several homes, assaulting residents, and smashing the contents of the houses.
Al-Mughayyir village is subjected to frequent raids by occupation forces, alongside ongoing attacks by settlers against residents and their property.
