RAMALLAH, October 4, 2026 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces tightened military restrictions in the central West Bank province of Ramallah on Sunday morning, closing several roads and entrances and setting up checkpoints.
Local sources said Israeli forces closed the iron gates at the entrances to the villages of Nabi Saleh, north of Ramallah, and Atara.
They also set up checkpoints at the entrances to Aboud, Ein Sinia, Yabrud and Sinjil, where they checked Palestinians' identification cards, causing severe traffic congestion.
