GAZA, September 21, 2026 (WAFA) — A Palestinian was killed this evening in an Israeli drone strike in the central area of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondent, citing medical sources at Nasser Medical Complex, reported that one Palestinian was killed and several others were injured after an Israeli drone targeted a group of Palestinians in the al-Sikka area in central Khan Younis.
Medical sources in Gaza said the overall death toll since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip in October 2023 has risen to 73,914, while the number of injured has reached 174,952.
