JERUSALEM, September 18, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Friday detained a young Palestinian man inside the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the Friday prayer sermon, according to the Jerusalem Governorate.
The governorate also reported that Israeli authorities prevented worshippers with disabilities who use wheelchairs from reaching the mosque to perform prayers.
