HEBRON, September 18, 2026 (WAFA) — Armed Israeli colonists today attacked Palestinian farmers and assaulted them in Wadi al-Shennar area of Halhul town, north of Hebron.
WAFA correspondent reported that a group of armed colonists, protected by Israeli occupation forces, attacked and assaulted the farmers and detained several of them, subjecting them to mistreatment as they attempted to reach their lands in Wadi al-Shennar, east of Halhul.
The area is considered at risk of colonial expansion and has been repeatedly targeted by colonist attacks, including the theft and destruction of agricultural crops, the uprooting and breaking of fruit trees, as well as the demolition of structures and leveling of Palestinian-owned land.
