JENIN, September 15, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation bulldozers began uprooting olive trees today, Tuesday, on lands belonging to the town of Arraba, south of Jenin.
Local sources told WAFA that occupation bulldozers started uprooting olive trees in the town's lands early in the morning, marking a new assault on agricultural land and citizens' property.
The sources added that the uprooting operations damaged agricultural land and the livelihoods of several families, particularly given that olive trees serve as a primary source of income for residents and are deeply connected to their agricultural heritage and land.
They noted that the continued uprooting of trees threatens agricultural land and inflicts financial and environmental losses on the residents, amidst ongoing attacks on the town's lands.
