GAZA, August 29, 2026 (WAFA) — Three Palestinians were injured on Saturday after an Israeli drone struck a medicine warehouse inside the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza.
Eyewitnesses said an Israeli drone carried out the strike on the medicine warehouse inside the hospital. The extent of the damage was not immediately known. The strike injured three Palestinians who were inside the hospital receiving medical care.
Since the ceasefire in Gaza took effect on October 11, 2025, around 1,313 Palestinians have been killed and more than 4,361 injured by Israeli attacks, while the bodies of 815 Palestinians have been recovered from under the rubble, according to Palestinian medical sources.
Since the start of Israel's military offensive on Gaza in October 2023, 73,449 Palestinians have been killed and 174,472 injured, with around 90% of civilian infrastructure destroyed.
