JENIN, August 24, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces today placed concrete blocks and installed surveillance cameras at several intersections in Jenin Governorate, amid their deployment and movements in several areas of the governorate, Local sources reported.
Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces placed concrete blocks and installed surveillance cameras at Haddad Roundabout and the Umm Al-Tut and Al-Swaitat intersections.
The sources added that these measures coincided with Israeli troop deployments and movements across several areas of the Jenin Governorate, as well as the establishment of temporary military checkpoints around the city, disrupting the flow of Palestinian citizens and vehicles.
