GAZA, August 24, 2026 (WAFA) – A young girl, Amal Nash'at Abu Khater, succumbed this evening to serious wounds she sustained after being shot by Israeli forces in the western Al-Satar area, in central Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

A source at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital, also known as Al-Mamdani Hospital, reported that two Palestinians were injured by Israeli forces' gunfire in areas east of Gaza City that are outside Israeli forces' control.

Meanwhile, hospital sources across the Gaza Strip reported that four Palestinians, including a girl, have been killed by Israeli forces' fire in various parts of the Strip since dawn today.

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip said that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Strip has risen to 73,422, while 174,401 others have been injured, since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.
