RAMALLAH, August 23, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli forces today briefly detained and assaulted three young Palestinian men at the entrance to the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, said local sources.
Sources reported that Israeli forces briefly detained and assaulted the three young men as they passed through the village’s western entrance, currently its only entrance after Israeli forces closed the eastern entrance on October 7, 2023.
The repeated closure of the western entrance obstructs residents' movement, amid ongoing Israeli military raids and colonist attacks.
