Occupation forces destroy belongings, furniture of besieged house near Nablus

NABLUS, August 20, 2026 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces Thursday evening destroyed the belongings and furniture of a besieged house in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, according to Mayor Abdul Azim Wadi.

Wadi told WAFA that the gun-toting soldiers sabotaged the belongings and furniture of Yusuf Abdul-Salam’s house and threw them out of the windows, noting that they had been besieging the house for 12 days in a row and turned it into a military outpost.

He added that Abdul-Salam was currently staying in another besieged house after occupation soldiers forced him and his family to evacuate their house, claiming that the area was a “closed military zone.”
