RAMALLAH, August 18, 2026 (WAFA) — Palestine TV today launched an open media day titled “Here We Remain” to highlight crimes and attacks carried out by colonists across the various governorates of the homeland.
The media coverage will continue until midnight, featuring broadcasts and field reports focusing on colonists' attacks, land seizures, the expansion of settlements, and the violations and assaults targeting Palestinian citizens.
The coverage addresses the humanitarian and political repercussions of settlement activity and highlights the importance of the international community’s position in confronting such attacks. It also underscores the steadfastness of Palestinians and their determination to remain on their land in the face of displacement and expulsion schemes.
The open media day also highlights the role of foreign solidarity activists who continue to be present in targeted areas and support Palestinian citizens in confronting colonists' attacks.
A number of Arab and Islamic radio and television stations are taking part in the open media day as part of joint media coverage highlighting settlement activity and related violations, and reaffirming the message of “Here We Remain” and Palestinians’ commitment to their land and presence.
