TULKARM, August 18, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli forces evacuated a three-story residential building belonging to the Othman family in Al-Jarushiya village, north of Tulkarm, late Monday night and converted it into a military barracks.
Local sources said the forces raided the building in the village's western neighborhood and forced its residents to evacuate. Among them were people suffering from chronic illnesses, including patients undergoing dialysis.
The incident comes amid escalating Israeli military measures across Tulkarm Governorate, including home raids, forced evacuations, and the conversion of Palestinian homes into military positions and barracks.
