BETHLEHEM, August 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Wednesday evening assaulted a Palestinian minor in Artas, south of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, according to WAFA correspondent.

He reported that the occupying forces barged their way into Solomon’s Pools, a tourist site between al-Khader and Artas, muscled inside a family home, and brutally assaulted a 16-year-old minor.

The occupying forces conducted a similar raid in Tubas, deploying in the downtown of the city and unleashing barrages of stun grenades toward young men.

The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted without the need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.
