BETHLEHEM, August 7, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Friday vandalized a water tanker in the Khallat al-Louz community, southeast of Bethlehem, according to local sources.

They reported that colonists stormed the community and sabotaged an inhabitant’s water tanker.

Meanwhile, colonists conducted several provocative tours across several areas in the Jenin governorate.

They gathered on the Jenin–Nablus Road near the Arraba junction, where they blocked the road to Palestinian traffic.

They stormed the Burqin Municipal Park as well as the village of Jalbun, east of Jenin, where they intercepted passing Palestinian vehicles on the road, east of the city.

Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities.

Colonists’ violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.

Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law.
