RAMALLAH, July 27, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli authorities demolished two Palestinian homes in the towns of Laqiya in the Negev region and Ara in the Wadi Ara area, inside the 1948 territories.
In Laqiya, a house belonging to the Asad family was demolished. Meanwhile, Israeli authorities demolished another three-story house belonging to a family from Jisr az-Zarqa, located between the villages of Ar'ara and Kafr Qara in the Wadi Ara region. This house had been built around ten years ago.
The demolitions are part of a series of operations carried out by Israeli authorities in Palestinian towns within Israel, as part of a policy of restricting the Palestinian presence in the region.
