RAMALLAH, July 27, 2026 (WAFA) — The United Arab Emirates condemned the attacks carried out by Israeli colonists against villages in the occupied West Bank, most recently the burning of a mosque in Tulkarm, which it described as a provocative and inciting act against Muslims and an act of extremism.

In a press statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned against the repeated attacks by colonists, demanding that the Israeli government assume full responsibility, publicly condemn these practices, and hold those responsible accountable.

The Ministry stressed that any failure to do so would be considered tacit approval, which would deepen the cycle of hatred, racism, and instability.

The UAE called on the international community to fulfill its responsibility to stop Israeli violations and prevent further escalation of the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory and the region.

It emphasized the need to support all regional and international efforts to revive the Middle East peace process in order to achieve a comprehensive and just peace, and to put an end to the illegal practices that threaten the two-state solution.
