JENIN, Thursday, July 23, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Thursday tightened their military measures east of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, according to local sources.

They said that the occupation forces deployed military reinforcements to the vicinity of Haddad military camp and the bypass road, east of the city, while sealing off Haddad Roundabout.

They noted that the deployment was accompanied by a heavy presence of army vehicles and heightened alert along the bypass road, obstructing the movement of residents and vehicles.

This came after an Israeli soldier sustained light wounds following an alleged stabbing attempt near Haddad military camp.
