JORDAN VALLEY, July 21, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli military drills on Tuesday sparked fires across large areas of the northern Jordan Valley.
Human rights activist Fares Fuqaha reported that Israeli army was conducting military exercises south and west of the villages of Bardala and Kardala in the northern Jordan Valley, which resulted in fires igniting in grazing lands in the area.
He added that the affected lands have been seized by Israeli colonists for years, while Palestinians barred from accessing them or using them to graze and feed their livestock.
