RAMALLAH, July 20, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Monday evening closed the entrance to the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, restricting residents' movement in both directions.
Head of Al-Mughayyir village council, Amin Abu Aliya, told WAFA that Israeli forces completely closed the western entrance to the village after withdrawing following a raid that lasted more than three hours.
He added that Israeli forces reinforced their presence at the eastern entrance to the village, which has remained closed since 2023.
