JERUSALEM, July 17, 2026 (WAFA) -- A Palestinian was injured by Israeli police gunfire and another was detained on Friday in occupied Jerusalem.
According to the Jerusalem Governorate, Israeli police shot and injured a young man while pursuing him and another Palestinian who was riding with him on a motorcycle in the Wadi al-Joz neighborhood.
The second Palestinian was detained. His identity was not immediately known.
