BEIRUT, July 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health said on Saturday that Israeli attacks have killed 4,322 people and injured 12,210 others since March 2.
The ministry's Emergency Operations Center said the cumulative toll covered the period from March 2 through July 11.
Separately, seven Lebanese civilians were injured on Saturday in Israeli airstrikes targeting the town of al-Mansouri, according to the ministry.
The Lebanese National News Agency also reported that Israeli forces advanced into the eastern outskirts of the southern town of Beit Yahoun and set fires in the town of Houla, burning olive trees and homes.
