RAMALLAH, July 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Several members of a Palestinian family suffered from tear gas inhalation and bruises on Friday after Israeli occupation forces raided their home in the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.

Palestinian security sources told WAFA that Israeli forces stormed the home of Mohammad Hamed Abu Alia, also known as Abu Atta, where they assaulted family members and fired tear gas canisters inside the house.

During the raid, Israeli forces briefly detained a local resident and forced him to remove the protective fence surrounding the family's home.

Israeli forces frequently carry out military raids across the occupied West Bank, during which homes are searched and residents are detained or injured.
